Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-14. Effective October 14, 2026.

All sales are final. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged in transit and orders that are lost in transit. Both are covered below, and we make them right.

1. What is covered

We also fix our own mistakes: if we ship the wrong item or cancel your order before it ships (including when an item sells out at the same moment you pay), you get a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost.

2. What is not covered

3. How to claim

4. What we do

For a covered claim we choose between sending a replacement (if we have the item) or refunding the item price. Where you bought shipping protection, we file the carrier claim ourselves and you don't have to do anything. Shipping charges are refunded when the whole order is lost or the damage is the result of shipping. If a carrier marks a package delivered, we may ask for a signed statement and photos of the delivery location, and we may ask you to check with neighbors and the post office first.

5. Shipping protection

Shipping protection is required on larger orders because high-value cards are expensive to lose. When it's on your order, the claim process is faster and entirely handled by us. Protection is a separate charge and is not refundable once the order ships, unless the order is cancelled.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. We can't refund to a different card or method.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first. We resolve covered claims quickly. Filing a chargeback instead of using this policy for a covered claim delays your resolution, and for an item that was delivered as described we will supply the carrier, order and terms-acceptance records to your bank.
